It’s Elderberry Syrup Season!

After Midsummer we start getting ready for the fall. For some of us it means harvesting of what’s left of our summer gardens, for others it’s time to get ready for school to begin and others, like me, just love the season, the waning summer into beautiful fall colors and cooler temperatures. Regardless of what
